Voluntary Contributions

The Voluntary Contributions Program allows additional after-tax contributions to increase retirement benefits:

• Limited to 10% of total basic pay earned in career
• Earns interest (currently 2.25% annually)
• Can be withdrawn or used for additional annuity
• $20 per month annuity for each $100 contributed
